Introduction:
Sociological Research was first published in January 1986. It is a National Core Academic Journal, published by the Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). It aims at promoting the standardization of sociological studies in China, channeling the dialogue between Chinese scholars and scholars from other societies.
 
At present time there are five main columns in Sociological Research: "Monographic Studies"; "Theory and Research Method"; “Empirical Research”; "Dialogue and Debate", and "Academic Announcement". We at Sociological Research select papers based on high academic standards.

Youth Studies is sponsored by the Department of Youth Studies and Studies of Social Problems, Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Ever since its first publication in 1978, Youth Studies has been one of the leading journals dedicated to studies of youth in the Chinese academic community. It advocates diverse disciplinary or interdisciplinary studies of youth-related Subjects. The journal has been awarded as one of the National Core Academic Journals for many years by the National Library of China, the Library of Peking University.
